HAPPY NEW YEAR!

 

Thanks for a great musical year of 2015. The new year 2016 started off with a bang - the birth of my daughter!

Looking forward to another great year of music - my senior recital and graduation from The New School; moving back home to Iceland in the spring; recording my debut album as a leader and a lot of concerts...stay tuned

BACK IN NYC!

 

After a great summer in Iceland filled with gigs and a cool trip to Oslo, Norway playing at the Oslo Jazzfestival with my dear friend in Poul Dennis, I'm now back in New York City! School starts next week and I'm in the progress of booking some shows. I think it's going to be a really nice winter. Stay tuned!

PLAYING AT OSLO JAZZ FESTIVAL IN AUGUST

 

I'm really looking forward to travel to Norway to play at the Oslo Jazz Festival next month. I will be joining a great Icelandic band called Paul Dennis feat. alto saxophonist Sölvi Kolbeinsson, tenor player Garðar Eðvaldsson, drummer Helge Haahr and guitarists Bragi Þór Ólafsson and Brian Massaka.
